Your Order

Track and manage orders: Orders can be managed in the account section under shipments, here you will be able to see your shipments, including the tracking numbers. To track your order head to the tracking page and select your courier, you will be redirected to the appropriate website where you can view updates on your shipment.

Cancellations and Refunds: To cancel your order please contact us at support@freightdrop.co.uk, quoting your order reference number/tracking number in the subject. Please ensure all cancellations are requested by 17:00 before the day of collection, failure to do so may result in a late cancellation fee of £10 per order – for drop-off services this rule does not apply. Once received your refund will be processed within 3-5 working days, if you have not received your refund after this time please contact us.

Weighing and Measuring your parcel: The information provided for you parcel must be accurate, otherwise a charge of £15 per parcel may apply. To ensure your dimensions and weight are accurate, we recommend using kitchen or bathroom scales along with a tape measure. We also advise to take pictures of this before you send as this can help if a carrier disputes the measurements.

Packaging: Please ensure you parcel adheres to our packaging guidelines which can be found at www.freightdrop.co.uk/packaging-guidelines. Failure to do so may result in damage or extra charges from the carrier.

Collection times: By default, your collection date will be set to the next day possible. For DHL same day collection is available if the order is created before 12:30. You cannot currently select a specific collection date, so we advise you place your order the day before you need it picked up.

Parcel Protection (Freightguard)

Prohibited Items: Please ensure you parcel adheres to our prohibited items list which can be found at www.freightdrop.co.uk/prohibited. Failure to do so may result in any claim being made invalid.

Protection: Freightguard is provided by Figural as an enhanced shipping guarantee, £50 worth of limited protection is included for free with all shipments, however you can add up to £5000 in cover if needed during the checkout process. Please note that in order to purchase enhanced shipping guarantee, you will have to be an account holder and use FP Credits, otherwise enhanced protection is not available.

Making a claim: To make a claim please contact claims@freightdrop.co.uk within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order reference number/tracking number and photos of the damage. Provided your parcel adhered to our packaging guidelines and was not a prohibited or restricted item, we will take this to Figural and you will be refunded for the full value of the item and the cost of carriage if the claim is genuine.

What is Freightdrop and how does it work?

Our service allows you to compare shipping prices from leading courier companies like DPD, DHL, ParcelForce, Yodel and EVRi. You can filter by price, speed, collection type, or whether a printer is required. Once you find a suitable rate, you can book directly through our platform.

What couriers do you compare?

We currently compare prices for DPD, DHL, ParcelForce, Yodel and EVRi. More couriers will be added soon!

How much can I save on shipping costs?

By using our service, you can save up to 60% on shipping costs compared to booking directly with couriers.

How do I pay for my shipment?

You can pay using debit or credit cards, or sign up for our new payment service, Freightpay, which offers additional benefits for frequent shippers.

How do I book a shipment?

Simply compare prices using our tool, choose a service, pay, and download your shipping label and collection details. Then, you're ready to dispatch.

Can I ship internationally?

Not at the moment. However we may be adding this soon. Our platform allows you to compare just UK domestic shipping services.

Can I send multiple parcels at once?

Yes! By registering and logging into your account, you can access bulk uploads for sending multiple parcels and obtaining quotes easily.

What is Freightpay?

Freightpay is our payment feature that allows frequent customers to purchase FP Credits for more flexibility and rewards. It’s a great option if you ship regularly!

Do I need to create an account?

Creating an account is not required for single orders, but it is recommended if you want to track orders, access bulk uploads, and view your shipping history.

What are the available shipping options?

You can filter shipping options by collection, drop-off, or whether a printer is required for labels, making it easy to find a service that suits your needs.

Can I view my past orders?

Yes, within your account dashboard, you can easily access your historical orders.

What happens after I book a shipment?

After booking, you'll receive the collection details and shipping label, which you can download. Your parcel is then ready for dispatch.

Is there a tracking feature for my shipments?

While we facilitate the booking, tracking is provided by the courier you select. You will receive a tracking number after booking.

How can I filter my search results?

You can filter shipping quotes by price, fastest delivery, collection type, drop-off option, and whether or not a printer is required for the label.
